2.) Write this number on the outside of the package you are shipping back to us.

All items are checked for quality before they leave the building. We take the highest pride in providing a quality product to you for a low price.

We use genuine steer hide full grain leather. One solid piece of leather means you may see some natural hide marks and variations in the leather. This ensures that it is a genuine natural hide.
